The Demon Box ships from our fulfillment center in Los Angeles, California.

At this time, we offer domestic U.S. shipping only. Orders placed through eternalresearch.com are considered preorders and are expected to begin shipping in November 2025. While we aim to meet this timeline, please note that all dates are estimates and subject to change.

• Flat-rate shipping applies to all orders at checkout.
  

• Carrier will be determined at the time of shipment.
  

• You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your item ships.
  

We appreciate your patience as we bring the Demon Box to life.

 

Returns

We accept returns on orders placed directly through eternalresearch.com within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

• The item must be in good condition, with all original packaging and accessories included.
  

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.
  

To initiate a return, please email support@eternalresearch.com with your order number and reason for return.

Please note:
Orders placed through Kickstarter are not eligible for returns or refunds. All pledges through crowdfunding are final.
