Warranty

The Demon Box is covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of delivery.

This warranty protects against:

• Manufacturing defects
  

• Internal hardware malfunctions
  

• Failures not caused by misuse or external damage
  

The warranty does not cover:

• Accidental damage (drops, water, impact)
  

• Cosmetic wear and tear
  

• Issues caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications
  

To start a warranty claim, email support@eternalresearch.com with:

• Your original proof of purchase
  

• A description of the issue
  

• Any relevant photos or videos
  

Each claim is reviewed case by case, and we may offer a repair, replacement, or other resolution at our discretion.

Kickstarter backers are covered. While returns are not available for crowdfunding pledges, your Demon Box is protected under this same 1-year warranty.
